David Traynor – Sales Director
Dave Traynor has extensive management experience with some of Tampa Bay’s most renowned developments including Aqualea Resort, Water’s Edge, 400 Beach Drive and Signature place. He is adept at directing sales team recruitment, training and retention and creation of pricing strategies and absorption schedules. Through Dave’s direction, Smith & Associates Real Estate continues to be the market leader in Tampa Bay in high-end residential development sales. Dave is graduate of the University of Connecticut with both a bachelors and master’s degree. Dave is also a licensed Florida realtor, and a certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager.
Mike J Felice – Sales Associate
Calling Pinellas County home for the last 25 years has enabled Mike to utilize his local experience in Management, Construction, and Real Estate to provide his clients with the knowledge and expertise they deserve. Having been involved with numerous successful development projects and conversions, Mikes on-hands experience is a valuable asset that clients will appreciate. Janice Ayala – Sales Associate
Janice is a Tampa Bay area native with over thirty years as a real estate professional. Prior to joining Smith, Janice headed up her own real estate business specializing in residential sales and consulting with national and local builders. Janice chose to join Smith and Associates five years ago because of Smith’s excellent reputation and ideal market niches.
Ranked as the area’s Top Dollar Volume Producer in 2008, Janice’s wealth of sales and marketing experience and success has gained her the respect and recognition of her peers and clients. Ellen Reese – Sales Associate
A native Floridian from Miami, Ellen began her career in residential real estate in 1986 soon after re-locating to Pinellas county. She has varied experience from appraising residential properties to leasing and selling. She has been fortunate to represent some of Pinellas county’s premier developments and developers over the last two decades, from condominiums to custom homes. A graduate of Florida State University, Ellen resides in Palm Harbor with her family.
